Sellers are responsible for fulfilling customer orders honestly and on time. Repeated order failures, poor service, or abuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Suspension and Termination

Online Luma reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any seller account that violates these terms or harms the integrity of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Online Luma provides the platform as a digital marketplace. Sellers remain fully responsible for their listings, business conduct, product quality, and customer fulfillment obligations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
